CLUes successful in achieving funding and support from the University’s InnovatEd program
Funding and support for the CLUes web-application was sought in 2022 through the University’s InnovatEd program. This involved a competitive process requiring a written proposal, as well as a 5 minute presentation to a panel of experts.
This funding, augmented by further support from the Faculty of Education, enabled phase 2 of the CLUes web-application development to be undertaken. Phase 2 involved creation of social connection features in the app, including the capacity to follow and be followed by other teachers (with permission required), with a dashboard notifying followers of a teacher when this teacher developed new CLUes and made any updates to CLUes.
