Review of Let's Read

With permission from the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, The Smith Family has partnered with the REEaCh Centre to conduct a review of the current Let’s Read program. Since late 2023, the REEaCh Centre have been engaged to work in collaboration with The Smith Family to review and develop a culturally inclusive, evidence informed early years language and literacy program. As part of this review, the REEaCh Centre has conducted a rapid review of current shared reading programs, pedagogies and practices, as well as a series of focus groups with families, Let's Read facilitators and other key stakeholders. Findings will help inform the key Let’s Read principles and revisions to the current program.
