Flourish ECEC Project
Flourish ECEC
The REEaCh Centre is pleased to announce the launch of Flourish ECEC, a three-year WorkSafe Psychological Health Industry Trial to support psychologically healthy and safe early childhood education and care (ECEC) workplaces in Victoria.
In partnership with WorkSafe and ECEC providers Gowrie Victoria, Early Learning Victoria, ECMS and ECKA, REEaCh will lead a practical, evidence-based response to the challenges facing Victoria's ECEC workforce.
The project will be delivered across 20 long day care centres and kindergartens in metropolitan, regional and rural Victoria. Through a co‑design process with partnering services, the project will identify effective, scalable strategies to address psychosocial hazards and build leader capability.
Flourish ECEC will contribute to a more sustainable, psychologically healthy ECEC workforce in Victoria, strengthening the sector and improving outcomes for children and families.
