Rapid developments in technology provide new opportunities and challenges for the student experience from enrolment to assessment. University workforces continue to transform at time when automation and AI have significant implications for academic work. Providing attractive employment and ensuring a pipeline of future talent is becoming an increasing challenge for Australian higher education.
