Project Title: Teacher Self-Efficacy in Developing Effective Partnerships With Families: Perspectives of In-Service Early Childhood Teachers in Long Day Care Settings​

Shihuan's mixed-methods research scrutinizes teacher self-efficacy in the specific context of teacher-family partnerships in Australian long day care settings. Through an examination of both early childhood (EC) teachers’ and families’ perspectives of partnership, this research aims to gain a deeper understanding of how EC teachers perceive their abilities to effectively engage with families and the ecological factors that influence their self-efficacy related to working with families.
