Project: The role of professional reading for early childhood professionals.

Supervisors: Professor Jane Page, Dr Jeannette Berman

Her research seeks the perceptions and experiences of a range of professionals regarding ways that professional reading supports them to engage with evidence-based practice that promotes learning, development, and wellbeing of young children.

Initial findings identify that professional reading is a valuable form of learning, involving critical reflection and enabling evidence-informed practice; thus supporting educators to make links between knowledge, reflection, learning and practice.
