Project Details

The Centre of Wellbeing Science developed 5 modules (weekly module) in line with how Wellbeing Literacy described.  The modules cover where conception comes from, research supporting, video material explaining, why Wellbeing Literacy is important, have a coaching component, what working on and how to overcome obstacles, reference to literature, and importantly what behaviours to exhibit in order to demonstrate Wellbeing Literacy. The team have also developed resources to support the program implementation with the Richmond Fellowship of Queensland, and conducted pilot evaluation.
