Project Lead

Professor Dianne Vella-Brodrick

Project Details

Australian Psychological Society (APS), and Centre for Wellbeing Science at University of Melbourne will undertake a small research project exploring the relationship between job crafting and workplace-flourishing, as part of APS Psych Week 2021 event to be held in November 2021, focusing on mental health and wellbeing in workplaces. The APS/CWS project team will also publish more extensive analyses and findings from this project in scientific journal(s) including APS publications, produce a professional version of the findings in InPsych (the APS member magazine) and undertake opportunities to use key insights for other conferences, seminars, events, tools and resources developed by the APS for its members or third parties in order to promote its primary purpose of supporting good mental health and wellbeing across the Australian community.
