Project Details

The Centre for Positive Psychology and Brighton Grammar School (BGS) collaborate for research into the co-design of an optimal performance program for secondary school boys. The program will draw on evidence from sport and wellbeing science, coaching, biofeedback, stress management, education and technology for the latest scientific innovations available to enhance academic and sporting performance. The Program will involve training in relaxation, mindfulness and emotion regulation strategies using gamification and biofeedback.
