The associated report and recommendations was presented in the context of a three-day regional consultation with Ministry of Education delegates from 12 countries in the region and representatives from the United Nations agencies UNFPA, UNESCO, UNICEF, UN Women and WHO, seeking to lead conjoint efforts to support system level responses.
