Well-doing: how personal projects shape lives

The Centre for Positive Psychology welcomed Professor Brian Little from the University of Cambridge to give a presentation entitled 'Well-doing: how personal projects shape lives'.

Personal projects range from the trivial tasks of Tuesday mornings to the overarching commitments of a lifetime. Managed well they provide individuals a sense of meaning, structure and connection to their days. Managed poorly they can deplete our resources and bring us to our knees. Professor Little's presentation reviews what we know about personal projects pursuit and the impact it has on the quality of lives.
