Join Learning Environments Australasia - Victoria Chapter for our inaugural debate - future schools should be built for the purpose of ‘learning’ rather than ‘teaching’.

The evening will be hosted by Maxine McKew and features Dr Scott Alterator (La Trobe University), Marc Blanks (Executive Director of the Banyule Nillumbik and Whittlesea Tech Schools), Deborah Cordingley (Department of Education) and Wayne Hay (Baldasso Cortese). We are also thrilled to have student debaters’ Eloisa Moses-McMahon and Oscar Pearce from Albert Park College joining in!

Drinks and nibbles will be provided from 5:15pm, prior to the debate commencing at 6pm sharp! The event is being hosted by The University of Melbourne at the award-winning Arts West Building, recipient of the Overall Learning Environments Australasia Award for Excellence in Educational Facilities 2017.
