New funding opportunities

MGSE Strategic Scholarship EOI

Closing Wednesday 31 March

Academic teams with an established research program within MGSE are invited to submit an expression of interest (EOI) for a MGSE Strategic Scholarship (MSS) to support a full-time PhD for the duration of their studies. The MSS will provide a fee-offset and a stipend to the PhD candidate for up to 3.5 years, in line with the University’s Research Training Program (RTP) guidelines.

EOIs should be submitted using the SmartyGrants form, by Wednesday 31 March 5pm.

ARC DECRA 2023 & ARC Future Fellowships 2022

Research translation and impact case studies in HASS and public health

The session is specifically for researchers in HASS (which includes education, policy, arts, FBE), Architecture Building and Planning and some health sectors. It will also cover the role IP plays in research translation, how you can maximise the broader social and economic success of your research, and tips and guidelines on how to safeguard your intellectual property.

Reminder - Update your Find an Expert profile

A new functionality going live in Themis will improve the display of Find an Expert profiles, including the ability to flag and provide comments about a researcher's availability for industry collaboration and media to name a few. Researchers are encouraged to ensure their profiles are current and their information is displaying correctly. Find out more on the Find an Expert resources page.
