Staffing approvals

Please note that the Staffing Approval Form for contracts (both casual and fixed term/continuing) for staff expected to commence in Jan 2022 must be submitted to mgse-staffingapprovals@unimelb.edu.au no later than Monday 13 December 2021.

Staffing requests received by this date will go through the current approval process and we will ensure that, in most cases, contracts are drawn before Christmas shut-down period.

Any requests received after 13 December will have to wait for review, approval, and actioning until the week beginning 10 January 2022.

Digital Engagement

Staff are invited to attend an introduction to PebblePad session on the 15 December at 10.00am. Attendees will develop an understanding of how PebblePad is currently being used at MGSE and its future potential.

Annual leave loading

Annual leave loading will be paid to eligible staff in their pay due on Friday 10 December 2021. The maximum annual leave loading amount is $1555.30.
