Mail Collection by Request

Business Services is implementing a more responsive ‘mail collection by request’ service. Staff will find that when they want to send mail from 100 Leicester St, they simply need to scan the QR code displayed at the mail point to let the mail team know that a collection is required. A confirmation message will appear in your browser to let you know that the request has been received. This service changes means that the mail team is more available to attend only those locations that require a delivery or collection.

When returning to campus, staff are encouraged to check the mail point in their area for any deliveries made while they were at home. If you’re receiving important mail at work, please consider changing that mail to your home address so you don’t miss correspondence during periods of lockdown. Additionally, please note that no personal mail nor parcels should be delivered to the university.

The Mail Service team thank you for your assistance in improving mail operations and should you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the team at university-mailservice@unimelb.edu.au.
