- Advice: Assessment Resource Centre: COVID-19 Response Support Philippines: Advising the Australian Embassy in the Philippines in its mission to support the Philippines COVID-19 education system response.
- Study: Developed a National study mapping the experiences of more than 1200 educators during Australia’s first wave of remote learning. The Australian Education Survey attracted more than 130 mentions across the media nationally and internationally.

- Interview: Professor Vella-Brodrick was interviewed by Jacinta Parsons on ABC radio. She discussed how to alleviate anxiety during stressful times (23 March 2020)
