The Australian Government has issued an overseas travel ban for all Australians. Australian citizens and permanent residents currently overseas who wish to return home should do so as soon as possible, while commercial options are still available. Further information is available from the Smartraveller website.

If you have recently travelled overseas or have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 please take note of health advice and self-isolate for 14 days in line with advice from the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Australian Government Department of Health.

Marketing and recruitment teams are live in OneCRM

On Wednesday 6 May marketing and recruitment teams across all divisions started using OneCRM to manage prospective student information and enquiries. These teams had previously used the Nexus CRM but it lacked the functionality to support marketing and recruitment activities in a consistent, constituent-driven manner.

With OneCRM, we will be capturing and storing all undergraduate and graduate prospective student data in one system with complete transparency, to create a seamless experience for staff and prospective students. The Nexus Migration is a significant milestone for the OneCRM Program, as it increases the total number of staff using OneCRM across the University to around 400 people.

The Program will now focus on ensuring staff are adopting OneCRM and prioritising enhancements for the near future. A second wave of staff, including admissions teams, will be trained and moved onto OneCRM later this month. For any enquiries contact Belinda Day or Sander Biesot or for more information visit the OneCRM website.
