Driving change requires careful planning and implementation from our line managers. It requires the knowledge and confidence to embrace change and manage the impact on oneself and those around us. In this workshop, you will better understand your role as a leader, how different people react through the psychology of change, identify resistance and why we resist change. You will explore how to best communicate change and look at techniques to confidently and effectively drive and sustain change.
