The Faculty of Education has recently completed a successful 2-week study tour to three European education systems with 17 students of Education Policy in Practice EDUC90949 subject of Master of Education.

The tour included 20 visits in schools, universities, vocational education institutions as well as national Ministries, the UNESCO office and the European Commission in Belgium, Italy and Poland.

This subject provided an overview of the innovations, advancements and challenges in educational policy and practice in the selected countries focusing on teacher education, teacher shortages, equality in education, digital education and many more.

One of our students (Kate Weir) created an Instagram page to report through short videos and commentaries on all stages of the tour.
