MGSE Statement of Reconciliation
MGSE released its statement of reconciliation on Tuesday, 31 May 2022, the culmination of months of work by more than fifty staff members from across the graduate school. The statement recognises the negative effects of past education policy and practice on Australia's Indigenous peoples and outlines a commitment to reconciliation through clear objectives.

Diversity and inclusion are core values at MGSE. We are committed to fostering cultures of respect, dignity, accessibility, and inclusion in which diversity is celebrated across all domains of our work and in our work with partner organisations.
We recognise and support multiple ways of being and strive to ensure that the dignity of individuals and groups is respected and maintained. We recognise the many axes of diversity, including for instance racial, cultural, ethnicity, socio-economic, sexuality, linguistic, gender, spiritual, religious, age, community, disability and neuro diversity.
MGSE is dedicated to leading and supporting behaviours and practices that enable inclusion across all our activities (digital and physical) to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and students.
