Our desktops, laptops, networks, emails and file share (H: and S: drives) are supported centrally via ITS. Enquiries related to these items should be directed to ITS by calling (03) 8344 0888, or via the Self Service Portal.

MGSE Web and multimedia

Put in a request for web content updates, new websites and multimedia production services, including photography, audio and video.

MGSE Audio-visual support

Digitise video/audio tapes, assisting in data recovery across various media, burn CD/DVDs.

MGSE Applications development

Request a feature, make a change or report an issue with the following MGSE applications.
Includes: Academic Workload, Assignment Tracking System (ATS), E4Kids, Phoenix, Placements Reporting System, SOCS, Student Results System, Subject Allocation, Teach For Australia, Teach Next, Teacher Selector.

MGSE Scheduling and room bookings

Submit a Melbourne Graduate School of Education timetabling or room booking request.

Specialist Education Services

eg: MGSE videoconferencing, teleconferencing, AV infrastructure support, lab bookings and support, Equipment Loans, Printer Account Code, advice on the use of Technology in Education.
