Dr Sophie Rudolph receives Chancellor’s Prize for Excellence

Congratulations to Dr Sophie Rudolph who was recently awarded the Chancellor’s Prize for Excellence for her PhD thesis titled, “Racing the gap: a critical analysis of Australian Indigenous education policy discourse and its political effects.”

The Chancellor's Prize for Excellence in the PhD Thesis is awarded each year to up to six nominees on the basis of:

  • international recognition and impact of the research
  • publications or other research outputs  that arise from or relate to your thesis
  • recognition of the research (by professional organisations, prizes and awards, invitations to conferences, etc).

This is the second award for Dr Rudolph, who also received the Graduate School’s Doctoral Research Prize at our annual Awards Evening in May 2016.
