Winning paper highlights challenges in school-based apprenticeships and traineeships

Congratulations to Gosia Klatt, Kira Clarke and Nicky Dulfer who were recently awarded the best paper honor at the International Network on Innovative Apprenticeship Conference, held from 1-2 September in Ballarat.

The paper, titled 'Working their way to school completion: School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships for young Australians', is part of a three-year longitudinal study of School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships (SBATs), which seeks to explore the nature and effectiveness of SBATs as a pathway from school to sustainable occupational employment.
