Stephen Dinham awarded prestigious German fellowship

Congratulations to Professor Stephen Dinham, Director of Learning and Teaching, who has been awarded a Richard von Weizsäcker Fellowship for 2014 by the Robert Bosch Foundation in Germany.

Professor Dinham will spend a sabbatical in Berlin, investigating educational policy, leadership preparation and teacher education and giving seminars on these topics across Europe.

The fellowships are intended to help shape important policy debates on the challenges of the 21st century. Richard von Weizsäcker Fellows come from a variety of backgrounds, including government and politics, the non-profit sector, the corporate world, the media, as well as academia in exceptional cases. Fellowships are awarded by invitation only.
